Melon horchata slightly tropical
Preparation
  1. Remove the seeds from a melon, including the orange part, and put them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the water and blend everything very well.
  3. Pass the mixture through a very fine metal strainer or a cloth strainer.
  4. Add the coconut milk, lime zest to taste and a sprig of mint.
  5. Let stand in the refrigerator. When well chilled, remove the mint and serve.
