Caramelized Melon with Marsala
Preparation
Peel the melon with a sharp knife. Make a vertical cut and remove the seeds from the piece. Repeat as necessary.
 
Next, cut it into cubes about 3 or 4 centimeters in size.
 
Heat a pan and add 15 g of butter and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. When a light caramel forms, add the melon and allow it to caramelize. Then, remove and set aside.
 
Afterward, add the Marsala wine to the pan over medium heat for 3 minutes and then remove it.
 
Finally, in a deep plate, add the wine mixture and place the caramelized melon on top. Decorate with fresh mint and it's ready to serve!

15 g of butter
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2.5 dl of Marsala wine
Fresh mint
1/2 lemon zest
