Melon and sorbet skewers.
Preparation
 
1 small melon
4 scoops of Mango Sorbet with Mango Puree 
12 mint leaves
1 tablespoon of sliced and toasted almonds
 
Ingredients
Cut the melon in half. Use a melon baller to scoop out balls from one of the halves. With a grater or vegetable peeler, thinly slice the other half of the melon.
 
Fold the melon slices and create mini skewers by threading them onto skewers, alternating with the melon balls and folded mint leaves.
 
Arrange the sorbet balls in 2 glasses, decorate them with the fruit mini skewers, and sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds.
 
Tip: Feel free to use any variety of melon, whether green, yellow, etc.
